Melody’s classes offer a unique blend of dynamic Hatha Yoga from a diverse range of influences aiming to improve strength, flexibility, tone, vitality, overall health, balance and wellbeing. To maximise the benefits, she combines the physical & spiritual elements of yoga in an unpretentious way making it accessible and enjoyable for all. At the end of a class, having worked every part of the body, students feel calm, energised, cleansed, re-connected with themselves and have greater clarity of mind.
All are welcome from beginners through to intermediate level, and her sweet temperament encourages everyone to progress and enjoy themselves. Melody says “I believe everyone can enjoy the benefits of Yoga and I endeavour to make it safe, enjoyable and achievable for all”..
